We’re driven by a simple insight: most negotiation training doesn’t work because it ignores real human behavior.
In 2012, our founder noticed a pattern. Corporate managers attended negotiation workshops, sat through days of theory, then returned to the same old patterns. The training didn’t stick because it wasn’t connected to actual situations they’d face on Monday morning. So we built something different.
